How to Measure Your Wrist
- 1 Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper around your wrist, just below the wrist bone where you would normally wear a bracelet.
- 2 Mark the point where the tape or paper overlaps. Make sure it's snug but not tight — you should be able to fit one finger underneath.
- 3 If using paper, lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler. This is your wrist circumference.
- 4 Match your measurement to the size chart above. For a looser fit, add 0.5 – 1 cm to your wrist measurement.
Use a piece of string or strip of paper. Wrap it around your wrist, mark the overlap, then measure the length against a ruler.

How to Choose Your Ring Size
- If your finger circumference is around 2.17" (55 mm), we recommend selecting a ring with an inner diameter of 0.67" (17 mm).
- If your circumference is 2.20–2.24" (56–57 mm), choose a diameter of 0.71" (18 mm).
- For the most accurate measurement, visit a local jeweler to have your ring size professionally measured.
- If your knuckle is noticeably wider than the base of your finger, measure at the widest point of your knuckle. This ensures the ring can slide over comfortably while still fitting well when worn.
Measure your finger at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest. Avoid measuring when your hands are cold or swollen. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.

The Seven Stones in Order
Red coral at the root — long associated with vitality and groundedness in Tibetan tradition. Strawberry quartz at the sacral, linked to creativity and emotional warmth. Citrine at the solar plexus, the stone most consistently tied to personal will. Green aventurine at the heart, associated with openness and calm. Lapis lazuli at the throat — deep blue with gold flecks, governing clarity in communication. Amethyst at the third eye, linked to intuition across Buddhist and Hindu traditions. Clear quartz at the crown, called a master stone in many traditions — said to amplify whatever intention is brought to it.
How to Work With It
Put it on in the morning and leave it there. The tradition holds that all-day skin contact is itself a form of practice. Left wrist is the conventional choice for inward work — processing, self-awareness. Right wrist for outward intention. When something feels off, bring attention to the corresponding section of the bracelet. Running a thumb across the irregular chips, breathing slowly, is a grounding practice on its own.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid prolonged soaking — repeated water exposure weakens the elastic cord. Remove before swimming.
