Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, absolutely! You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package. Whether the size isn't quite right, or you simply had a change of heart, we are here to help you find a resolution that resonates with you.

 

What items are eligible for return?

To ensure a smooth process for everyone, we kindly ask that items are returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Please keep the packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

  • We recommend trying on items gently to ensure they remain in their pristine state.

  • Note: For personalized items (like custom engravings) or gift cards, we are unable to accept returns as they were created specifically for you.

How do I start a return?

If you wish to return an item, please send a note to Support@buddhatibet.com.

  • We’ll provide the return address and instructions within 24-48 hours.

  • You can return an item as long as it is unused. (Best if the packaging is unopened!)

  • Once the item is safely back in our hands, we’ll notify you regarding your refund status.

  • We issue refunds to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5-7 days. Please allow about 5 workdays for banks to reflect the balance in your account.


Do I pay for shipping on returns?

Yes, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs if you wish to return an item to us.

  • You may ship the item back using any carrier of your choice.

  • We highly suggest using a tracked service, as we can only process your refund once the package reaches us safely.
