Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During Chinese public holidays or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
For certain items — such as custom-made or limited-edition pieces — additional preparation and handcrafting time may be required. These items are typically shipped within 5–7 business days.

Unsupported destinations: Bahamas, Yemen, Philippines, Indonesia, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria.

10–15 days:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Austria, Sweden, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Thailand, Poland, Belgium, Australia
15–30 days:
Mexico, Malaysia, Brazil, Vietnam, Hungary, Croatia, Cyprus, Israel, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, Norway, Greece
Expedited shipping (+$22) delivers in 7–10 business days to most destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or other delays.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $59, worldwide. For orders under $59, a flat rate of $8 applies. Expedited shipping is available for an additional $22. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — stay tuned to our announcements for the latest offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel at any time.
Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
In the rare event that your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, and you have not received it within 45 days after shipment, please contact us at support@buddhatibet.com.
We will assist you in investigating and resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
Order Update
If tracking information does not update immediately after shipment, please don't worry — this is a normal part of the international shipping process.
Your order is first transferred through our regional logistics network to the export customs facility. This initial stage typically takes 3–5 business days, during which tracking updates may be limited.
Once the parcel enters the international shipping system and is scanned, tracking information will update automatically.
