How to Measure Your Wrist
- 1 Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper around your wrist, just below the wrist bone where you would normally wear a bracelet.
- 2 Mark the point where the tape or paper overlaps. Make sure it's snug but not tight — you should be able to fit one finger underneath.
- 3 If using paper, lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler. This is your wrist circumference.
- 4 Match your measurement to the size chart above. For a looser fit, add 0.5 – 1 cm to your wrist measurement.
Use a piece of string or strip of paper. Wrap it around your wrist, mark the overlap, then measure the length against a ruler.

Use the chart below to find your ring size. Measure your finger circumference and match it to the corresponding diameter.
How to Choose Your Ring Size
- If your finger circumference is around 2.17" (55 mm), we recommend selecting a ring with an inner diameter of 0.67" (17 mm).
- If your circumference is 2.20–2.24" (56–57 mm), choose a diameter of 0.71" (18 mm).
- For the most accurate measurement, visit a local jeweler to have your ring size professionally measured.
- If your knuckle is noticeably wider than the base of your finger, measure at the widest point of your knuckle. This ensures the ring can slide over comfortably while still fitting well when worn.
Measure your finger at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest. Avoid measuring when your hands are cold or swollen. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.

A hand-woven red cord bracelet with a sterling silver (S999) mantra tube at its center, engraved with the Tibetan script of "Om Mani Padme Hum" — the Six-Syllable Mantra of Avalokiteshvara, the most widely known mantra in Tibetan Buddhism. The Six-Syllable Mantra
This is the compassion mantra of Avalokiteshvara (Chenrezig), carrying the blessing of the Bodhisattva of Compassion. Wearing it is traditionally believed to purify body and mind, clear obstacles, open wisdom, and bring inner peace. The sterling silver tube is ergonomically curved to sit comfortably against the wrist, making it easy to wear daily.
The Tri-Color Blessing
The wrapped threads on either side of the tube correspond to three great Bodhisattvas and their qualities: white for Manjushri (wisdom), red for Avalokiteshvara (compassion), and green for Vajrapani (strength). Together with the mantra, they form a trinity of blessings — the wisdom to discern, the compassion to connect, and the strength to persevere.
Care
Sterling silver will develop a natural patina over time; polish with a silver cloth to restore brightness. Keep the cord dry and avoid prolonged water exposure to preserve the braid and color wrapping.
