Bracelet Size Guide

Find your perfect fit for bracelets and sacred jewelry.

Bracelet Size Chart

Measure your wrist circumference and find your size below. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a comfortable fit.

Size Wrist (cm) Wrist (inches) Bracelet Length
S 14 – 15.5 cm 5.5" – 6.1" 16.5 cm / 6.5"
M Women's Average 15.5 – 17 cm 6.1" – 6.7" 18 cm / 7.0"
L 17 – 18.5 cm 6.7" – 7.3" 19.5 cm / 7.7"
XL Men's Average 18.5 – 20 cm 7.3" – 7.9" 21 cm / 8.0"
XXL 20 – 22 cm 7.9" – 8.7" 23 cm / 9.0"

How to measure your wrist

How to Measure Your Wrist

  1. 1 Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper around your wrist, just below the wrist bone where you would normally wear a bracelet.
  2. 2 Mark the point where the tape or paper overlaps. Make sure it's snug but not tight — you should be able to fit one finger underneath.
  3. 3 If using paper, lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler. This is your wrist circumference.
  4. 4 Match your measurement to the size chart above. For a looser fit, add 0.5 – 1 cm to your wrist measurement.
No Measuring Tape?

Use a piece of string or strip of paper. Wrap it around your wrist, mark the overlap, then measure the length against a ruler.

Bead Size Reference

The bead diameter affects the overall bracelet size and appearance. Here's a quick reference:

Bead Size Best For Look & Feel
6 mm Slim wrists / Delicate style Subtle, elegant
8 mm Most wrists / Everyday wear Balanced, classic
10 mm Medium to large wrists Bold, noticeable
12 mm Large wrists / Statement piece Chunky, powerful
14 mm+ Large wrists / Display pieces Extra bold, ceremonial

Ring Size Guide

Use the chart below to find your ring size. Measure your finger circumference and match it to the corresponding diameter.

Ring size chart — circumference and diameter in mm and inches

How to Choose Your Ring Size

  • If your finger circumference is around 2.17" (55 mm), we recommend selecting a ring with an inner diameter of 0.67" (17 mm).
  • If your circumference is 2.20–2.24" (56–57 mm), choose a diameter of 0.71" (18 mm).
  • For the most accurate measurement, visit a local jeweler to have your ring size professionally measured.
  • If your knuckle is noticeably wider than the base of your finger, measure at the widest point of your knuckle. This ensures the ring can slide over comfortably while still fitting well when worn.
Tips for Accurate Measurement

Measure your finger at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest. Avoid measuring when your hands are cold or swollen. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.

All measurements are approximate. Natural stone and wood beads may have slight size variations. If you have any questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us — we're happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Nobody needs a bracelet to do yoga. But the chakra tradition has paired stones with practice for longer than anyone can trace — not as a cure, not as a claim, just as a focal point. A way of saying: today I am working on this. This bracelet puts seven natural stones on one elastic strand. Lapis lazuli anchors the blue. Turquoise holds the throat. The rest of the spectrum fills in around them. Each bead corresponds to a chakra center. Together they map the whole system, wrist-sized.

Lapis and Turquoise — The Two That Stand Out

Most chakra bracelets use dyed beads to hit the blue and green notes. This one uses natural lapis lazuli — the kind with gold pyrite flecks that catch light — and natural turquoise, which leans greener than the bright-blue imitations. The other five stones are chosen to fill in the spectrum, each bead a single color. No dyes, no coatings. Hold it under natural light and the difference is easy to see.

Light Enough for Practice

The elastic cord keeps the weight down. You can flow through a full hour of asana and not feel it shifting. After class it slides under a sleeve. No clasp, no noise, no reason to take it off.

Care

Keep the stones away from perfume and prolonged water. Elastic cord weakens with repeated soaking — remove before swimming or bathing. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Store flat or rolled, not stretched.
