Tibetan Mantra Bangle — Om Mani Padme Hum & Heart Sutra, Silver
This bangle carries Om Mani Padme Hum on the front and the entire Heart Sutra on the back. Both texts — Buddhism's most recited mantra and one of its shortest, most studied scriptures — on one piece of silver-finished copper on your wrist.
The Six Syllables and the Heart Sutra
Om Mani Padme Hum is the central mantra of Tibetan Buddhism — the path of Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva of compassion. Each syllable addresses one of the six realms of existence, purifying a different kind of suffering. The Heart Sutra — Prajnaparamita Hridaya — fits its 260 characters on the back. Its central teaching: form and emptiness are not opposites. Monks have recited both texts for over a thousand years as acts of devotion.
The Arrangement
Placing the mantra on the front and the sutra on the back is intentional. The mantra faces out — toward the world. The sutra rests against the wrist. The silver-finish copper bangle sits close to the skin and works under a sleeve.
How to Wear
There is no single tradition for which wrist. Some follow the left-wrist convention from feng shui — the receiving side. Others wear it on whichever wrist they see more often. What most agree on is that the text should face upright when you glance down, so the characters read correctly from your perspective.
Care
Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, and perfume — these will wear the plating over time. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Store away from other metal pieces to prevent surface scratching.

• Left hand: for protection, healing, or attracting abundance
• Right hand: for releasing or giving energy
