How to Measure Your Wrist
- 1 Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper around your wrist, just below the wrist bone where you would normally wear a bracelet.
- 2 Mark the point where the tape or paper overlaps. Make sure it's snug but not tight — you should be able to fit one finger underneath.
- 3 If using paper, lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler. This is your wrist circumference.
- 4 Match your measurement to the size chart above. For a looser fit, add 0.5 – 1 cm to your wrist measurement.
Use a piece of string or strip of paper. Wrap it around your wrist, mark the overlap, then measure the length against a ruler.

How to Choose Your Ring Size
- If your finger circumference is around 2.17" (55 mm), we recommend selecting a ring with an inner diameter of 0.67" (17 mm).
- If your circumference is 2.20–2.24" (56–57 mm), choose a diameter of 0.71" (18 mm).
- For the most accurate measurement, visit a local jeweler to have your ring size professionally measured.
- If your knuckle is noticeably wider than the base of your finger, measure at the widest point of your knuckle. This ensures the ring can slide over comfortably while still fitting well when worn.
Measure your finger at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest. Avoid measuring when your hands are cold or swollen. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Tianshan jade — is a quartzite jade from the Tianshan mountain range in Xinjiang. It is not jadeite, and calling it that would be inaccurate. What it is: a dense, fine-grained quartzite that takes a high polish and carries a deep green color from its mineral composition. The color is natural. The stone is genuinely from that region. These 8mm beads are round-cut from that material and strung on elastic cord.
What "Tianshan Green" Actually Means
The Tianshan range — "Mountains of Heaven" — runs across central Asia and forms the backbone of Xinjiang's geography. Stone from this region has been worked and traded for a long time. Tianshan jade in particular is associated with the water element in Chinese cosmological thinking — the cool green associated with calm, clarity, and a steady mind. Practitioners have long worn green stone for that quality. Whether the association resonates with you or not, the color is worth noting: it reads as natural green without the glassy look of dyed material.
